Turnip Greens & Raised Bed Tunnel

My raised bed tunnel is working this year. I figured out how to construct it better to withstand the strong west winds of autumn. So far I have lettuce, spinach, baby turnip greens, broccoli, radishes, and carrots, all growing well. I ate turnip greens for lunch the other day and they were so delicious. I steamed about a cup full of greens and then added some butter and salt and ate them in a little bowl using chop sticks. I felt so healthy while doing so and afterwards. In fact, that was all I had for lunch that day and I was completely satisfied--not even hungry for a cookie or something else that normally tempts us all.
