Week 3 +

  • Rainbow Chard
  • Bok Choy (A Chinese cabbage that is great for stir fry and other dishes with an oriental flare)Basil (nothing like fresh basil with your pasta)
  • Sugar Snap Peas or Snow Peas (great in stir fry with your choy and even chard)
  • Lettuce Mix
  • Cilantro (good in salsa or salads or anything Mexican)
  • 1 Kohlrabi (good grated in salads or eaten raw with a little salt)
  • Green Onions

    Next week: We should have some snow peas coming on. More lettuce, onions, garlic, radishes, turnips, chard, chamomile (for tea), garlic chives and/or onion chives.

    In Two to three weeks: What we're looking forward to in the next few weeks: More garlic, potatoes, tomatos, more basil, green beans, baby arugula, Zuchinni squash and more snow peas.
