We're back from Sicily where we volunteered to work on an organic olive farm in South Central Sicily. I'll write more about it soon. In the meantime, here are some pictures to show you were we were and a bit about picking olives. 
This is Elenora Briguglia who runs the farm and sells the Kibo, Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Sicilian olive oil is different and so good compared to the crap we get here in the US. Sicilian olive oil has a bit of a spice to it and the stuff fresh from the press burns a bit in your throat as it goes down. I like that.
