Spinach, Romain Lettuce, Rosa Lolla Lettuce, Iceberg Lettuce, Heishiko Bunching Onions, Nantes Carrots, Mooli Radishes, Red Giant Radishes, Kale, Bright Lights Chard, Collards Vates and Non-Vates, Beets, Kesar Carrots, and Kohlrabi.
I am hoping to plant later this week when the sun shows itself again: Cilantro, Dill, more lettuces, Irish Cobbler Potatoes, Onions, Peas, broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbages.
