Disease carrying cockroaches roaming free in our food factories, mop washing in sinks where food utensils are washed, and food poisoning in our peanut products! Oh my!
I have no plans to grow peanuts--I'll leave that to the President Carter and family and the state of Georgia. However, I do plan to be a small part of the food revolution this year by helping families get access to locally, organically grown produce using controlled growing processes from seed to soil to your CSA box.
